debbie allen fameDebi Allen was the dance teacher on the show “Fame”.Today she prances around the halls of Grey Sloane Hospital as Jackson Avery’s mom and the girlfriend of Chief Webber on “Grey’s Anatomy”

TheRonClarkStoryMatthew Perry gave an award winning performance as a real life teacher in “The Ron Clark Story”  Ron Clark took his unteachable students and showed them that he cared about them.

dick solomonJohn Lithgow played Professor Dick Solomon. An immature buffoon that was really an alien on “Third Rock from the Sun” We couldn’t stop laughing at his family’s antics.

mr feeney boy meeets world William Daniels has played a teacher several times on television. He was a doctor on “St Elsewhere” who taught vascular surgery. On “Boy Meets World” he was Mr Feeney. Recently , he was the mentor of Christina Yang on “Grey’s Anatomy” while she was at the Mayo Clinic.

Mr__Garrison_and_Mr__Hat_by_garrett_btmSouth Park has the teacher , Mr Garrett. He always brings to class his little friend, Mr Hat.

Ross Geller boring his students Of course you can’t talk about teachers without mentioning Dr Ross Geller of” Friends.” David Schwimmer showed the professor’s passion about dinosaurs. Too bad his students didn’t have any.

professor ted mosbyAnother teacher that bored his students to tears was Professor Ted Mosby on “HIMYM”(Josh Radnor)  Ted was an out of work architect who was hired to teach intro to architecture classes.

Peggy_Hill The harried wife of Hank on “King of the Hill” is Peggy Hill. Peggy is by occupation a substitute teacher. She is qualified to teach Spanish but is willing to teach anything .

mrs krapaplleThe late Marcia Wallace voiced the beloved Simpson teacher Miss Krabapple. As the teacher of one Bartholomew J Simpson, she had her hands full.

mr cooper Mark Curry was the irrepressible Mr Cooper on “Hangin With Mr Cooper” Mr Cooper was another cool teacher who was a former pro athlete who decided to teach

perception1Eric McCormack plays a special kind of teacher on “Perception”  He is Dr Daniel Pierce, a college professor that used to be a neurologist until his career was cut when he was diagnosed with schizophrenia. He uses his abilities to help solve crimes as well.
